Pillar splicing structure and method suitable for reinforced concrete assembled structure
The invention discloses a pillar splicing structure and method suitable for a reinforced concrete assembled structure. In the structure, a plurality of round holes are uniformly formed in a tube bodyof an inserted-connection round steel tube, a buried section A of the inserted-connection round steel tube is buried into the center of the lower end portion of a pre-fabricated upper-layer reinforcedconcrete column, and an exposed section A of the inserted-connection round steel tube is exposed; buried sections B of a plurality of positioning threaded steel rods are buried into the periphery ofthe lower end portion of the pre-fabricated upper-layer reinforced concrete column correspondingly, and exposed sections B of the plurality of positioning threaded steel rods are exposed; the inner diameter of a sleeved-connection round steel tube is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the inserted-connection round steel tube, and the sleeved-connection round steel tube is buried into the center of the upper end portion of a pre-fabricated lower-layer reinforced concrete column; and a plurality of positioning inner threaded sleeves are buried into the periphery of the upper end portionof the pre-fabricated lower-layer reinforced concrete column. The method includes the steps that a grouting material or a project adhesive is poured in the sleeved-connection round steel tube and thepositioning inner threaded sleeves in advance; and an upper-layer spliced body is hoisted and inserted into a lower-layer spliced body. By means of the structure and the method, the rigidity and the bearing force of the column spliced position can be effectively guaranteed, and the splicing quality can be guaranteed.
一种适用于钢筋混凝土装配式结构的柱拼接结构及方法,结构:插接圆钢管的管身上均匀地开设有若干个圆孔,其内埋段A内埋于预制上层钢筋混凝土柱下端部的中心,其裸露段A裸露于外部;多根定位螺纹钢棒的内埋段B分别内埋于预制上层钢筋混凝土柱下端部的四周,多根定位螺纹钢棒的裸露段B均裸露于的外部;套接圆钢管的内径略大于插接圆钢管的外径,套接圆钢管内埋于预制下层钢筋混凝土柱的上端部的中心;多根定位内螺纹套筒内埋于预制下层钢筋混凝土柱的上端部的四周。方法:在套接圆钢管和定位内螺纹套筒内预先浇筑灌浆料或工程胶;将上层拼接体吊装插入下层拼接体中。该结构及方法能够有效保证柱拼接处的刚度和承载力,能保障拼接质量。
