The threaded sleeve comprises a sleeve body, wherein one end of the sleevebody is a fine sleeve while the other end of the sleeve body is a thick sleeve; the fine sleeve communicates to the thick sleeve; a lantern ring is arranged in the thick sleeve; first internal threadssame in specification are arranged on the inner walls of the fine sleeve and the lantern ring; a second internal thread is arranged on the inner wall of the thick sleeve; a second external thread matched with the second internal thread is arranged on the outer wall of the lantern ring; and the lantern ring is in screw joint in the thick sleeve through the second internal thread and the second external thread. The threaded sleeve has the advantages of being simple in structure and convenient to mount and detach. When the threaded sleeve is used, after the reinforcing steel bar is assembled, exposed threads are avoided. Integral assembly of a reinforcing steel bar member can be achieved, field fabrication is reduced, the reinforcing steel bar member is prefabricated, and the reinforcing steel bar member is only spliced on site, so that the quality and the construction efficiency can be improved.
