Device and method for rebar positioning in slip-form construction
The invention discloses a device and method for rebar positioning in slip-form construction. The device comprises a horizontal guiderail, a connecting plate and a U-shaped positioning pile fixed on slip-form equipment, wherein the U-shaped positioning pile is fixed on the connecting plate, and a closed end of the U-shaped positioning pile extends out from the connecting plate to form space for passing of rebar; the connecting plate is also provided with a through hole, and an L-shaped bolt passes the through hole to be connected and fastened with a nut; and one end which is bent at the tail ofthe L-shaped bolt is pressed against the surface of the horizontal guiderail, and the connecting plate and the horizontal guiderail are fixed by fastening force of the nut and the bolt. The device and the method have the beneficial effects that the vertical position of the horizontal guiderail is unchanged during ascending and descending; and a position relation between the U-shaped positioning pile and the horizontal guiderail is fixed, so vertical positions of the rebar are the same at different heights.
本发明公开了一种滑模施工中的钢筋定位装置及方法，包括固定在滑模设备上的横向导轨、连接板和U型定位桩，U型定位桩固定在连接板上，其封闭端伸出连接板，形成供钢筋穿过的空间；连接板上还有一通孔，L型螺栓穿过该通孔，与螺母连接紧定；L型螺栓末尾弯曲的一端抵靠在横向导轨的表面，通过螺母螺栓的紧定力令连接板和横向导轨相固定。本发明中，横向导轨在升降过程中其竖向位置是不变的，U型定位桩与横向导轨的位置关系也是固定的，可以保证在各个高度上，钢筋的竖向位置也是一样的。

The invention discloses a device and method for rebar positioning in slip-form construction.
