The lifting mechanism comprises a base, a lifting motor, a transmission mechanism and a rack, the lifting motor is horizontally installed on the upper surface of the base, the rack is vertically installed, the lifting motor drives the rack to vertically move throughthe transmission mechanism, and the locking mechanism is horizontally installed at the top end of the rack. The lifting type bicycle parking device can be installed on a wall or hidden below the ground, a bicycle can be diagonally parked, the space utilization rate is improved, and the bicycle is convenient to park and take.
