The invention provides a three-way connecting mechanism for a tent support and relates to the field of tent support structures. In order to overcome defects in the prior art, the three-way connectingmechanism for the tent support is provided. The three-way connecting mechanism is ingenious in structure, high in stability and convenient to operate; and the connecting stability between the three-way connecting mechanism and supporting tubes can be remarkably improved after use. The three-way connecting mechanism comprises a main body, wherein three inserting grooves are formed in the side surface of the main body; an operating hole is formed in the middle of the main body; the axis of the operating hole is positioned at the intersection point of the axes of the three inserting grooves; sliding holes used for communicating the three inserting grooves are formed in the inner wall of the operating hole; the sliding holes and the inserting grooves are coaxial; at least three sliding cavities are formed in the main body; and each sliding cavity is positioned on one side of the corresponding sliding hole and communicates with the corresponding sliding hole. On the whole, the three-way connecting mechanism has the advantages that the structure is ingenious, the stability is high, the operation is convenient, the connecting strength between the supporting tubes and the three-way connecting mechanism can be kept relatively high after the locking operation, and the supporting tubes can be easily dismounted after the unlocking operation.
