The embodiment of the invention discloses an automatic electromagnet door locking device. The automatic electromagnet door locking device includes a cabinet door and a cabinet body. The cabinet body is provided with an electromagnetic lock body and a magnetic lock body which moves linearly under the drive of an actuator. A magnetic lock accessory and an electromagnetic lock bolt which correspondingly cooperate with the magnetic lock body and the electromagnetic lock body to work are arranged on the cabinet door. The magnetic lock body is provided with a sensor for judging whether the magneticlock body attracts the magnetic lock accessory or not. A method comprises the steps that a signal of the attracting action of the magnetic lock accessory and the magnetic lock body which are correspondingly arranged on the cabinet door and the cabinet body is collected by the sensor, and the actuator is controlled to work to enable the cabinet door to be attached to the cabinet body; and the electromagnetic lock bolt and the electromagnetic lock body complete mechanical locking in the process that the cabinet door is attached to the cabinet body, and then the magnetic lock body and the actuator are powered off to complete the door locking action of the cabinet door and the cabinet body. The closing effect of an equipment door under a heavy load is improved, especially for the scene with certain load requirements for door closing, and the operation is simple and easy.
