The saline-alkali soil water resource collection and saline-alkali soil improvement system comprises a saline-alkali soil water resource collection system and a saline-alkali soil improvement system, wherein the saline-alkali soil water resource collection system comprises a water storage layer arranged in a soil body; the water storage layer is connected with a storage and drainage well through a concealed pipe; a water taking pipe is arranged at the mouth of the storage and drainage well; the saline-alkali soil improvement system comprises a large pit dug in saline-alkali soil; a salt drainage ditch is formed in the bottom of the pit; an isolation layer is arranged in the large pit; all side walls, the bottom and the salt drainage ditch of the pit are fully laid with the isolation layer; a second planting soil layer, an original soil layer and a salt drainage layer are sequentially arranged in the large pit from top to bottom; and an outlet of the water taking pipe is formed above the second planting soil layer. According to the system, rainwater permeating into the planting soil layers after rainfall can be effectively collected, salt return of the saline-alkali soil layers is avoided, the saline-alkali soil can be improved by fully utilizing the collected rainwater, a small amount of water resources are consumed, but the improvement effect is remarkable.
