The invention relates to a preparation method of quick-setting cement-based repair mortar. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing raw materials including, in percentage by weight, 17-20% of sulphoaluminate cement, 1-3% of Portland cement, 2-4% of slag powder, 0.5-1.0% of water glass, 0.1-0.2% of a defoaming agent, 0.2-0.4% of an early strength agent and 72-75% ofquartz sand; subjecting the sulphoaluminate cement, the Portland cement, the slag powder, the water glass and the quartz sand to dry mixing in advance so as to obtain a solid material; mechanically stirring the defoaming agent, the early strength agent and water to obtain mixed liquid; then adding the mixed liquid into a forced stirrer; adding the mixed solid material into the mixed liquid, and carrying out stirring for no less than 120 s, wherein if slurry is not in a homogeneous state after stirring is finished, the stirring time can be prolonged to 180 s, but the total stirring time does not exceed 240 s; and finishing stirring to obtain the repair mortar. The quick-setting cement-based repair mortar provided by the invention has the advantages of short setting time, high early strength, no shrinkage in later strength and good compatibility with a concrete matrix.
本发明涉及一种快凝型水泥基修补砂浆的制备方法，首先准备原料，原料为以下重量比例的组分：硫铝酸盐水泥17‑20%、硅酸盐水泥1‑3%、矿渣粉2‑4%、水玻璃0.5‑1.0%、消泡剂0.1‑0.2%、早强剂0.2‑0.4%、石英砂72‑75%；将硫铝酸盐水泥、硅酸盐水泥、矿渣粉、水玻璃及石英砂预先干拌，得到固体物料；再将消泡剂、早强剂和水机械搅拌得到混合液体；然后将混合液体加入到强制性搅拌机中；将混合后的固体物料加入到混合液体中，搅拌时间不少于120s，如搅拌结束时，浆体未成均态，可延长搅拌时间至180s，但总搅拌时间不得超过240s；搅拌完成得到修补砂浆。本发明提供加工出的一种快凝型水泥基修补砂浆，该修补砂浆凝结时间短，早期强度高，后期强度不倒缩，与混凝土基体的相容性好。
