The invention relates to a preparation method of graphene oxide/carbon nanotube high-strength building concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite additive; (2) preparing a graphene oxide modified water reducing agent; and (3) preparing the high-strength concrete, namely adding the graphene oxide/carbon nanotube compositeadditive prepared in the step (1) into NMP to prepare an organic dispersion liquid, and then adding mesoporous glass beads to prepare graphene oxide/carbon nanotube-loaded glass beads, and fully mixing the prepared glass beads containing graphene oxide/carbon nanotubes with a thickening stabilizer, the graphene oxide modified water reducing agent, an antifoaming agent and a cement matrix containing calcium oxide, adding water, carrying out stirring, performing pouring into a mold, conducting molding, and performing demolding and maintaining. The building concrete obtained in the invention hasmore excellent performance, the uniform dispersion of graphene oxide in a cement system is significantly improved, and the phenomenon of agglomeration to form precipitates is not liable to occur.
本发明涉及氧化石墨烯/碳纳米管高强度建筑混凝土的制备方法,包括(1)制备氧化石墨烯/碳纳米管复合材料添加剂。(2)制备氧化石墨烯改性减水剂。(3)制备高强度混凝土:将(1)制得的氧化石墨烯/碳纳米管复合材料添加剂加入NMP中,制成有机分散液,再加入介孔玻璃微珠,制得负载氧化石墨烯/碳纳米管的玻璃微珠;将以上制得的含氧化石墨烯/碳纳米管的玻璃微珠与增稠稳定剂、氧化石墨烯改性减水剂、消泡剂、含氧化钙的水泥基体充分混合,加水搅拌,浇筑至模具内成型,然后脱模养护。本申请得到的材料具有更优异的性能,显著改善了氧化石墨烯在水泥体系中的均匀分散、不易出现团聚形成沉淀的现象。
