The acid-resistant quench tower pouring material comprises, by mass, 72-81% of waste high-voltage porcelain insulator sands, 18-25% of a binding agent and 1-3% of an additive. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the acid-resistant quench tower pouring material. The invention further discloses a quench tower poured with the acid-resistant quench tower pouring material. The waste high-voltage porcelain insulator sands are formed by sintering at a high temperature of 1450 DEG C, are high in purity and strength, do not leak water when being used in the pouring material, and are high in corrosion resistance and low in cost.
