The invention relates to a subway plate type turnout self-compacting concrete pouring method which is characterized by comprising the following steps: s100, self-compacting concrete is discharged to alarge pump hopper; s101, a large pump is started, low-speed operation is conducted, and the self-compacting concrete in the large pump hopper is conveyed into a small pump hopper beside a turnout plate through a metal pump pipe; s102, when the small pump hopper is about to be full, a small pump is started, the small pump is in a pumping state, and the self-compacting concrete is conveyed to a pouring hopper through a small-caliber rubber pump pipe; and s103, when the pouring hopper is about to be full, a discharging opening of the pouring hopper is opened, the self-compacting concrete is conveyed to the pouring portion, and pouring of the plate type turnout self-compacting concrete is completed. According to the subway plate type turnout self-compacting concrete pouring method and device,continuous pouring of the self-compacting concrete can be guaranteed, the pouring success rate is high, the time interval between pouring of the last turnout plate and pouring of the next turnout plate is short, the construction efficiency is high, and the construction labor intensity is low.
