The invention provides a novel steel box beam and steel-concrete composite beam structure which comprises a main beam, cross beams and a main beam diaphragm plate, the main beam comprises a double-flat-box structure, a plurality of cross beams are vertically erected between two box bodies of the double-flat-box structure, the cross beams comprise small cross beams, end cross beams and middle fulcrum cross beams, and the small cross beams are located between the end cross beams and the middle fulcrum cross beams; and the main beam diaphragm plate is positioned in the double-flat box and is parallel to the cross beams or on the same plane with the cross beams. The novel steel box girder adopts the double-flat-box structure, can effectively reduce the height of the girder body, and is particularly suitable for interchange ramps with small-radius curves (R is greater than or equal to 50m) and with limited girder height. The plate bottom of the novel concrete carriageway plate system adoptsthe steel plates to replace steel bars to bear longitudinal and transverse stress, overall widening transition of a ramp bifurcation can be completed in a processing plant, construction is facilitated, and structural stress is facilitated.
本发明提供了一种新型钢箱梁及钢‑砼组合梁结构,包括主梁、横梁、主梁横隔板,主梁包括双扁箱结构,所述双扁箱的两个箱体之间垂直架设多个横梁,横梁包括小横梁、端横梁、中支点横梁,多个小横梁位于端横梁和中支点横梁之间;主梁横隔板位于双扁箱内并与横梁平行或与横梁在同一平面。本发明的新型钢箱梁采用双扁箱结构,可以有效降低梁体高度,尤其适合立交匝道小半径曲线(R≥50米)且梁高有限制之处。新型混凝土行车道板系板底采用钢板代替钢筋承担纵横向受力,可以在加工厂完成匝道分叉口整体变宽过渡,便于施工且利于结构受力。
