The invention discloses a dismantling method of a T-shaped suspended beam. The dismantling method mainly comprises the following steps: 1, an accessory structure on a bridge floor and a bridge wing wall on the suspended beam are dismantled; 2, a hoisting scheme is selected, and a hoisting hole and a cutting line are designed in combination with the hoisting scheme; 3, hoisting equipment is arranged according to the hoisting point position determined by the hoisting scheme; step 4, a panel and a beam body of the T-shaped suspended beam are cut, and an adjusting counterweight water tank is installed; and step 5, the cut T-shaped suspended beam is conveyed to a designated place through the hoisting equipment to be subjected to crushing treatment. According to the method, by removing and cleaning the bridge wing wall and the bridge floor accessory structure, preparatory work is made for removing the T-shaped suspended beam in the next step, the T-shaped suspended beam located on the watersurface and the approach bridge is hoisted through floating crane hoisting and truck crane hoisting correspondingly, and the construction time is saved; through the arrangement of the counterweight water tank in the dismounting process, the stress balance of the T-shaped structure in the T-shaped beam dismounting process can be guaranteed, and then the stress stability of the whole bridge is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种T型挂梁的拆除方法,主要步骤如下:步骤一、拆除桥面上附属结构和挂梁上桥翼墙;步骤二、选取吊装方案,结合吊装方案,对吊装孔、切割线进行设计;步骤三、根据吊装方案确定的起吊点位,布置起吊设备;步骤四、切割T型挂梁的面板和梁体,并安装调节配重水箱;步骤五、将切割下的T型挂梁,通过吊装设备运至指定地点进行破碎处理。本发明通过将桥翼墙及桥面附属结构的拆除清理,为下一步的T型挂梁拆除做了准备工作,过浮吊吊装和汽车吊吊装分别对处于水面上和引桥上的T型挂梁进行吊装,节省了施工时间;本发明在拆除过程中通过配重水箱的设置,可保证在拆除T型梁过程中T构的受力平衡,进而保证整体桥梁的受力稳定性。
