The invention discloses an anti-fogging energy dissipating structure. The anti-fogging energy dissipating structure comprise a stilling pool and a plurality of anti-fogging nets; a plurality of supporting posts are arranged on the periphery of the stilling pool; and the anti-fogging nets are lapped between any two supporting posts. By adopting the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, the water mist in the air on the periphery of a water conservancy facility is collected through the anti-fogging nets; the collected water mist is condensed into water droplets on the anti-fogging nets andare accumulated into a water flow gradually; and finally, the water flow drips into the stilling pool through ventilating pipes in the supporting posts, so that the purpose of reducing the water miston the periphery of the water conservancy facility is achieved. Preferably, an air compressor is arranged on the periphery of the stilling pool, and air is fed into the ventilating pipes through theair compressor, so that ambient air and the compressed air perform corresponding heat exchange; therefore, the water mist in the environment is further condensed into water, and the fog reducing effect is improved.
