The invention discloses a reinforcement device for an expanded-base cast-in-place pile. The reinforcement device comprises a movable inner stirrup, an elastic telescopic piece, a plurality of expanded-base section reinforcements and a limiting inner stirrup; one end of each expanded-base section reinforcement is movably connected with the movable inner stirrup, and the other end of each expanded-base section reinforcement is movably connected with the limiting inner stirrup; the two ends of the elastic telescopic piece are fixedly connected with the movable inner stirrup and the limiting innerstirrup respectively; each expanded-base section reinforcement at least comprises two sections, and when the elastic telescopic piece is in a free state, a certain included angle is formed between the two sections of each expanded-base section reinforcement; and when the elastic telescopic piece is in a tightened state, the two sections of each expanded-base section reinforcement are in a straight line. The reinforcement device provided can greatly improve the shear resistance and tensile strength of the manual digging type expanded-base cast-in-place pile of a power transmission line, so that the bearing capacity of the manual digging type expanded-base cast-in-place pile of the power transmission line is exerted to the maximum extent, and the compression resistance and pulling resistance bearing capacity of the manual digging type expanded-base cast-in-place pile of the power transmission line are further improved.
