The pile puller is provided with an arm-clamp-type clamp assembly which is slidably installed, wherein the clamp assembly is slidably connectedwith a chain clutch in a limiting manner, the chain clutch drives arm clamps of the clamp assembly to clamp or release a to-be-pulled pile body, and meanwhile, it can be guaranteed that locking can be conducted reliably during pile clamping. The pile puller can conveniently and reliably pull out the small-sized pile body, and has high cost performance.
