An existing building board is formed in the mode that C-shaped steel is directly wrapped with an EPS board, and when the existing building boardis used as the floor slab, the sound insulation effect is poor, and the vertical load bearing capability is low. The prefabricated insulation board comprises a board body unit, and the board body unitcomprises a main board and a steel framework which are compounded together; one end of the board body unit is provided with a convex groove and tongue, and the other end corresponding to the convex groove and tongue is provided with a concave groove and tongue; the steel framework comprises multiple steel keels and reinforcing steel belts, the steel keels are arranged on the same side of the mainboard in an array mode, and the reinforcing steel belts are sequentially arranged on the two sides of the main board in a staggered mode; and the main board is provided with grooves corresponding tothe reinforcing steel belts, the steel framework and the main board are integrally formed, and the reinforcing steel belts and the grooves are reasonably arranged. When the prefabricated insulation board is used as the floor slab, the prefabricated insulation board has the effects of thermal insulation, sound insulation and vertical load bearing and has the good development prospect in the technical field of the constructional engineering boards.
