The invention discloses an embedded metal framework polyurethane compound type damper, and belongs to the technical field of structure earthquake resistance and damping. While a structure quickly vibrates under action of outside vibrations and a viscoelastic damper works, a damping material is single in stress condition; and moreover, shearing failure possibly happen suddenly to threaten safety ofthe damper. Foam metal is added into polyurethane as a metal framework to design the compound type damper, so that visco-elasticity of the polyurethane and supporting effect of the metal framework can be brought into play; while external load acts on the damper, an embedded metal framework polyurethane shearing block deforms and dissipates energy under shearing effect; while the damper relativelymoves to exceed a preset displacement value of the damper through the shearing effect, compressed embedded metal framework polyurethane in a compression room starts to axially press to unload deformation and energy dissipation. The embedded metal framework polyurethane compound type damper is simple in structure, does not need external energy or a complex structure, is very good in safety and durability, and is good in damping protective effect.
本发明公开了一种内嵌金属骨架聚氨酯复合型阻尼器,属于结构抗震与减震技术领域。当结构物在外界震动作用下发生快速振动时,黏弹性阻尼器在工作时阻尼材料受力情况单一,并且可能突然发生剪切破坏,威胁阻尼器的安全。本发明在聚氨酯中加入泡沫金属作为金属骨架,设计出一种复合型阻尼器,可发挥聚氨酯的黏弹性与金属骨架的支撑作用。外部荷载作用到阻尼器上时,内嵌金属骨架聚氨酯剪切块受剪切作用变形耗能,当剪切作用使阻尼器相对位移超过阻尼器位移预设值时,压缩室内的压缩内嵌金属骨架聚氨酯开始受轴向反复压卸载变形耗能。本发明结构简单,无需外部能量或复杂的构造,故其安全性和耐久性都很好,且其减震防护效果好。
