The invention relates to a stand column mortar plastering construction method. The stand column mortar plastering construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, a frame is establishedand comprises an annular keel and cross-brace keels, the annular keel is in cup joint to the outer portion of a stand column, the cross-brace keels are located under four main beams on the top of thestand column, and the cross-brace keels are fixed to the annular keel and are parallel to the corresponding main beams; secondly, a hoisting device is arranged, a hoisting point is determined on eachmain beam, a hanging rod is driven in each hoisting point position, a hanging ring is fixed to the bottom of each hanging rod, a winch is arranged under each of the four main beams, and ropes of thewinches penetrate through the corresponding hanging rings and are bundled to the corresponding cross-brace keels; thirdly, mortar knife coating is conducted, rubber sheets are pasted to the inner ringof the annular keel and annularly arranged, mortar is applied to the outer surface of the stand column, and the thickness of the mortar exceeds the gap between the rubber sheets and the outer wall ofthe stand column; and fourthly, mortar screeding is conducted, the winches are started, and the frame is driven to move up and down for screeding of the mortar. By means of the stand column mortar plastering construction method, the effect of improving the stand column mortar plastering quality is achieved.
本发明涉及一种立柱的砂浆抹面施工方法,其包括如下步骤:S1、搭建架体;架体包括环形龙骨和横撑龙骨,环形龙骨套接于立柱外部。横撑龙骨分别位于立柱顶部四根主梁的正下方,横撑龙骨固定于环形龙骨且平行于对应的主梁。S2、安装起吊装置;在每一根主梁上确定一个起吊点,在起吊点位置打入吊杆,在吊杆底部固定吊环。在四根主梁正下方均安装一个卷扬机,卷扬机的绳索穿过对应的吊环并绑扎在对应的横撑龙骨上。S3、刮涂砂浆;在环形龙骨内环上胶粘橡胶片,橡胶片呈环形设置。在立柱外表面涂抹砂浆,砂浆厚度超过橡胶片和立柱外壁之间的间隙。S4、抹平砂浆;启动卷扬机,带动架体上、下运动抹平砂浆。本发明提高立柱砂浆抹面质量的效果。
