A device for vertical connection construction of upper-layer and lower-layer assembly type steel-concrete combined pipes comprises the firmly-fixed lower-layer steel-concrete combined pipe and the to-be-fixed upper-layer steel-concrete combined pipe arranged on the top of the lower-layer steel-concrete combined pipe. A plurality of temporary positioning devices are arranged between the lower-layersteel-concrete combined pipe and the upper-layer steel-concrete combined pipe. Each temporary positioning device comprises two pressing type positioners, wherein the two pressing type positioners arelocated on the front side faces and the rear side faces of the lower-layer steel-concrete combined pipe and the upper-layer steel-concrete combined pipe correspondingly, and the two pressing type positioners are arranged in front-back symmetry. The device is novel in design and convenient to operate, liberates a large amount of time for a tower crane for other crane operation, quickens the construction progress, positions the upper-layer steel-concrete combined pipe in a pressing positioning mode conveniently and rapidly, and can ensure the perpendicularity and construction quality through fine adjustment; and by means of outer wrapped concrete, the steel-concrete combined pipes have higher fireproof performance and anti-corrosion performance and higher structural durability.
装配式钢砼组合管上下层竖向连接施工装置,包括已固定牢靠的下层钢砼组合管和设置在下层钢砼组合管顶部待固定的上层钢砼组合管,下层钢砼组合管和下层钢砼组合管之间设置有若干组临时定位装置,每组临时定位装置均包括两套按压式定位器,两套按压式定位器分别位于下层钢砼组合管及下层钢砼组合管的前侧面和后侧面,两套按压式定位器前后对称设置。本发明设计新颖、便于操作、为塔吊解放了大量的时间做其他吊装作业,加快了施工进度,采用按压定位的方式使上层的钢砼组合管进行定位,方便快捷,且可进行微调,确保垂直度和施工的质量;钢砼组合管采用了外包混凝土,具有更强的防火、防腐蚀和结构耐久性。
