The invention relates to an old community-based space planning method. The planning method comprises the following steps of first, planning and measuring old communities, deleting and selecting an oldcommunity which can be subjected to space transformation; and then, performing deconstruction analysis on the selected old community, and formulating and implementing a space planning and transforming plan. Specifically, through deconstruction analysis and transformation of the old community, the shared space of the old community is increased; the utilization rate of the space is improved; meanwhile, more residents can be introduced; meanwhile the communication among the residents is enhanced; and the boundary of a residential pattern is broken. The utilization efficiency is increased and thecomfort of users is ensured by expanding the using area of a shared area, removing unnecessary partition walls and performing unified planning and layout.
本发明涉及一种基于老旧社区的空间规划方法,规划方法包括如下步骤:先对老旧社区进行规划和测量,删选可以进行空间改造的老旧社区;再对选定的老旧社区进行解构分析,制定空间规划改造方案并实施。具体来说,对老旧社区进行解构分析和改造,提升了老旧社区的共享空间,不仅提高了空间的利用率,同时可以引进更多的住户,同时加强了住户间的交流,打破了居住格局的界限。通过扩大了共享区域的使用面积,去除不必要的隔墙,经过统一规划和布局,增加了利用效率,保证了使用者的舒适度。
