The invention relates to an anti-breaking self-locking lock cylinder. An outer clutch part and an inner clutch part for realizing linkage of a shifting block and an outer lock gall are arranged in a lock shell; a transverse pin hole and a first longitudinal hole are formed in the inner clutch part, a second longitudinal hole is formed in the outer clutch part, a pin part is fixedly arranged on theouter lock gall, and the pin part is provided with a plug pin part which can be inserted into the transverse pin hole, so that the outer clutch part and the inner clutch part are in linkage through afirst limiting bead; when the outer lock gall and the pin part are taken out after the lock shell is broken off, the first limiting bead enters the first longitudinal hole completely, meanwhile, a locking assembly clamps and locks the outer clutch part and the lock shell to enter into an anti-break self-locking state, at the moment, the inner clutch part idles, the outer clutch part cannot bear force, and thus drilling prevention and twisting-off prevention can be effectively achieved, design is ingenious, and safety is high; in addition, the shifting block and the outer lock gall as well asthe shifting block and an inner lock gall are switched to be in linkage through a rotating key assembly, so that it is ensured that after the first half part of the lock cylinder is broken off by a lawbreaker, the latter half part can still work normally, and the safety is high.
本发明创造涉及一种防断自锁锁芯,在锁壳内设置有用于实现拨拖与外锁胆联动的外离合件和内离合件;内离合件内设置有横向销孔和第一纵向孔,外离合件内设置有第二纵向孔,外锁胆上固设有销件,销件具有能插入横向销孔内的插销部,使得外离合件与内离合件之间通过第一限位珠进行联动;当锁壳被折断后外锁胆与销件被取出时第一限位珠全部进入第一纵向孔内,同时锁定组件将外离合件与锁壳卡锁进入防断自锁状态,此时内离合件会空转,外离合件无法受力,可以有效防钻和防被扭断,设计巧妙,安全性高,另外,拨拖与外锁胆、拨拖与内锁胆之间通过转键组件切换联动,保证了在锁芯的前半部分被不法份子折断后,后半部分仍然能够正常工作,安全性高。
