The production process of the water reducing agent is improved, the generated heat during the preparation process is reduced, the production safety coefficient is increased, and the water reducing effect of the water reducing agent is enhanced at the same time, such that the use amount of the water reducing agent is reduced, and the cost is reasonably saved.
