Manufacturing process of sintering-free ceramic core
The invention relates to a manufacturing process of a ceramic core, in particular to a manufacturing process of a sintering-free ceramic core. According to the process, the formula of the ceramic coreis adjusted, magnesium oxide with a large expansion coefficient is used as a main material, an organic adhesive and magnesium oxide are uniformly mixed, and fibers are added to enhance the strength of the mixed material. The materials are evenly mixed and then injected into a forming mold at the temperature of 80-130 DEG C, and heat preservation is conducted for 150-300 seconds so that the viscous material can be formed into a mold core. A sintering process for manufacturing a traditional mold core is omitted, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the production cost is reduced.
本发明涉及陶瓷型芯的制作工艺,尤其涉及免烧结陶瓷型芯的制作工艺。该工艺中将陶瓷型芯的配方进行了调整,利用膨胀系数大的氧化镁作为主材,并将有机胶粘剂和氧化镁进行均匀混合,加入纤维加强混合物料的强度。上述物质均匀混合后注入80‑130摄氏度的成型模具,并保温150‑300秒使粘稠状物料成型形成型芯。免去了传统型芯制作的烧结工艺,极大的提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
