Recycled powder hydraulic roadbed filling material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a recycled powder hydraulic roadbed filling material and a preparation method thereof. According to the novel road material, a novel developed stabilizer is adopted to modifyand stabilize recycled powder produced by an asphalt mixing station, so that performance indexes such as mechanical performance and the like of the recycled powder accord with those of a traditional road roadbed filling material. According to different mixing amounts of the stabilizer and the recycled powder, the filling material can be selectively used for roads of different grades. The recycledpowder is powdery waste produced by production of an asphalt mixture mixing station, and investigation shows that 3%-5% of the recycled powder can be produced by the asphalt mixing station according to different types of produced asphalt mixtures. The quantity of the recycled powder is huge, and the improper treatment causes great pollution to the surrounding environment. The recycled powder is modified into the roadbed filling material meeting engineering requirements by using the special stabilizer, so that the problem of contradiction between supply and demand of traditional roadbed earthwork is solved, and waste can be recycled. Positive economic benefits, environmental protection benefits and social benefits can be generated for highway construction.
本发明涉及一种回收粉水硬性路基填筑材料及制备方法。此新型道路材料采用新型研发的稳定剂,对沥青拌合站生产所产生的回收粉进行改性稳定,使其力学等性能指标符合传统道路路基填筑材料。根据稳定剂掺量和回收粉掺量的不同,可选择性地用于不同等级的道路。回收粉是沥青混合料拌合站生产所产生的粉状废弃物,调查表明根据生产沥青混合料类型的不同,沥青拌合站会产生3%~5%的回收粉。回收粉数量庞大,处理不当将对周边环境造成较大污染。本发明使用专用稳定剂将回收粉改性为满足工程要求的路基填筑材料,即解决了传统路基土石方供需矛盾的难题,还可以使废料再利用。此发明将对公路建设将产生积极的经济效益、环保效益和社会效益。
