The invention provides a preparation method of a scandium tantalate thermal barrier coating material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing Sc2O3 and Ta2O5 in proportion, addinganhydrous ethanol and ZrO2 ball milling beads, performing ball milling to achieve uniform mixing, drying the obtained mixture, putting the dried sample into a crucible, putting the crucible into a muffle furnace, carrying out a heating reaction at 1100-1300 DEG C for 10-20 h, then carrying out a heating reaction at 1500-1700 DEG C for 10-20 h, cooling to room temperature along with the furnace after the reaction is finished, and grinding to obtain ScTaO4 powder. The mass purity of the obtained ScTaO4 powder is 95% or above. The method is simple in technological process and low in equipment manufacturing cost, and the obtained powder is small in particle size.
本发明提供一种钽酸钪热障涂层材料的制备方法,将ScO与TaO按比例混合后,加入无水乙醇和ZrO球磨珠进行球磨使混合均匀,将混合物烘干,烘干后的样品放入坩埚并置于马弗炉中,在1100‑1300℃条件下加热反应10‑20h,然后在1500‑1700℃条件下加热反应10‑20h,反应结束后随炉冷却至室温,研磨后得到ScTaO粉体。得到的ScTaO粉体质量纯度在95%以上。本发明工艺流程简单,设备造价低廉,所得粉体粒径小。
