The invention discloses a cold region roadbed slope ventilation sun-shading structure which comprises sun-shading plates, sleepers and anchoring parts, wherein the sun-shading plates are laid on the surface of a roadbed slope through the sleepers and the anchoring parts, and the sun-shading plates in the slope direction of the roadbed slope are in lap joint in a staggered mode so that a structurewith the ventilation and sun-shading functions can be formed on the surface of the roadbed slope. In the hot season, heat can be prevented from being radiated to the surface of the side slope from thelower surfaces of the sun-shading plates; in a cold season, heat accumulated below the sun-shading plates can be dissipated through convection of gaps between the sun-shading plates; moreover, the ventilating sun-shading structures can be produced in batch in a factory and then directly laid and assembled on a roadbed slope or other surfaces, so that the temperature of a medium below the sun-shading plates can be effectively reduced, and the risk that the sun-shading plates are turned over by strong wind is reduced.
