The invention discloses a concrete road. The concrete road is formed by laying a base layer and a wear-resistant layer, wherein the wear-resistant layer directly coats the base layer; wherein the baselayer is a concrete base layer, and the wear-resistant layer is a polymer elastomer modified permeable concrete layer. The concrete road has a thickness of less than 4 cm and a void content of 5% to20% by volume, preferably 5% to 10% by volume, and a maximum diameter of elastomer aggregates present in the elastomer modified permeable concrete layer is 10 mm. The concrete road provided by the invention has the advantages of good mechanical properties, high bending/compressive strength ratio, and has better scaling resistance, good bonding strength, good skid resistance and good drainage capacity compared with traditional pervious concrete, and has properties in multiple aspects close to those of asphalt pavements but far lower cost than those of the asphalt pavements.
