The device comprises a base plate, wherein a through hole is formed in the middle of the base plate, each of thefour corners of the bottom of the base plate is fixedly connected with a corresponding lifting supporting leg, a supporting ring is arranged on the upper side of the base plate, the supporting ring and the through hole are coaxially arranged, at least two sliding holes are formed in the supporting ring, a corresponding guide rod is slidably connected into the each sliding hole, a corresponding push block is fixedly connected to the end, facing the axis of the supporting ring, of the each guide rod, a corresponding supporting spring is fixedly connected between the each push block and the supporting ring, the guide rods penetrate through inner holes of the supporting springs correspondingly, and the guide rods are alternately driven by driving pieces to slide in the sliding holes correspondingly. According to the device, a rotary disc rotates, a poke rod slides along an inclined plane, the guide rods are pushed to a pile to be pulled, and the pile is pushed in a plurality of directionsin sequence, so that the pile shakes, and subsequent pile pulling operation is facilitated.
