The invention puts forward a drinking water safety guaranteeing method for a village in a water-deficient area. The method includes the following steps that (1) the area of a rainwater collection areais determined according to the designed rainfall; (2) the site of the rainwater collection area is selected; (3) according to the rainwater collection amount and the rainwater sand content, the hydraulic load of a settling pond and the volume of the settling pond are calculated; (4) the volume of a reservoir is calculated according to the characteristic values of the area precipitation amounts indifferent guarantee rates in the dry season; (5) the pond body volumes of a rough filtration pond and a biological slow-filtration pond are calculated; (6) the arrangement manner of a power supply pipe network of the village is determined, discharged water of the biological slow-filtration pond is collected through a water collecting groove, enters a clean water pond for disinfection and clarification and finally flows into water faucets for peasants. With the method, the possibility of sediment accumulation of the reservoir is reduced, the load of the biological slow-filtration pond is reduced, after treatment by the aid of the method and the system, the drinking water supply and the drinking water safety of the water-deficient area can be guaranteed, and the benefit can be brought to people in the water-deficient area.
本发明提出了一种缺水地区农村饮用水安全保障方法，包括以下步骤：(1)根据设计降雨量确定雨水收集区面积；(2)进行雨水收集区域选址；(3)根据雨水收集量、雨水含沙量计算沉淀池水力负荷、以及沉淀池容积；(4)根据枯水期不同保证率下区域降水量的特征值计算蓄水池的容积；(5)计算粗滤池、生物慢滤池的池体容积；(6)确定农村供水管网布设方式，生物慢滤池的出水经过集水槽汇集，进入清水池消毒和澄清，最后流入各农户用水龙头。本发明减少了蓄水池泥沙淤积的可能性，减轻了生物慢滤池的负荷，经过本发明方法和系统处理后能够保障缺水地区的饮用水供应以及饮用水安全，造福缺水地区人民。
