By arranging the high discharge port, the middle discharge port and the bottom discharge port which are sequentially lowered in height, the high discharge outlet is opened firstly, so that water flow with lower pressure on the upper layer is discharged, then the pressure of water flow with medium water pressure on the middle layer is lowered, the bottom discharge port is opened after water at the bottommost height of the middle discharge port is completely discharged, so that when the water flow is discharged, the upper flow is always discharged in a low pressure state, and the slope body is protected to be intact and stable.
