The heat insulation layer adopts the graphite heat insulation board which is low in heat conductivity coefficient and good in heat insulationeffect; the top of the graphite heat insulation board is provided with the protective film, non-woven fabric or a waterproof breathable film is attached to the surface of the protective film to serveas a reinforced protective layer, the construction is simple and convenient, the sound insulation effect is good, and the effects of heat insulation and sound insulation are achieved; and the bottom of the graphite heat insulation board is cut into corrugated shapes, so that the floor impact sound transmission is effectively reduced, and the sound insulation effect is good.
