The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and particularly discloses an assembled bamboo energy-saving composite wall and a construction method thereof. The composite wallcomprises a plurality of wallboards which are sequentially arranged; convex blocks and grooves are separately arranged on the two sides of the wallboards along the vertical direction, and the convexblocks and the grooves are mutually matched; every two adjacent wallboards are mutually spliced through the matching of the convex blocks and the grooves; each wallboard is of a foam concrete structure; and two bamboo rib meshes are arranged in each wallboard, and the two bamboo rib meshes of each wallboard are separately close to the front surface and the rear surface of the wallboard and are arranged parallel to the wallboard. According to the assembled bamboo energy-saving composite wall and the construction method thereof, the properties, such as crack resistance and heat preservation, ofthe composite wall are integrally improved, meanwhile, the wet operation on the construction site can be effectively reduced, the labor cost can be effectively reduced, and the construction progress can be favorably accelerated.
