Environment-friendly and energy-saving connecting piece for composite outer wallboard and production method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building prefabricated components, in particular to an environment-friendly and energy-saving connecting piece for a composite outer wallboard and a production method thereof. The connecting piece comprises a connecting rod, wherein an anchoring piece used for anchoring in an inner blade wall is arranged at one end of the connecting rod, and a clamping piece used for clamping steel bars in an outer blade wall is arranged at the other end of the connecting rod; the connecting rod comprises a metal core rod; the metal core rod is wrapped with an anti-aging rubber soft sleeve; the clamping piece is connected with the metal core rod; and the anchoring piece comprises a movable body which is made of metal and at least three claw blocks which are also made of metal, and all the claw blocks surround the movable body and the metal core rod and are uniformly distributed at intervals. The connecting piece and the production method have the advantages of avoiding the damage to outer leaf concrete caused by repeated frost heaving of the connecting piece and improving the durability of the connecting piece; and by increasing the contact area of the connecting piece and heat insulation layers, the heavier heat insulation layers are prevented from being crushed by the connecting piece, the heat insulation effect is indirectly improved, the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved, meanwhile, environmental resources are indirectly protected, and the environment-friendly effect is achieved.
本发明涉及建筑预制构件的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种复合式外墙板用环保节能型连接件及其生产方法,包括连接杆,连接杆的一端设有锚固件、另一端设有夹紧件,锚固件用于锚在内叶墙中,夹紧件用于夹住外叶墙内的钢筋,连接杆包括金属芯杆,金属芯杆外包有抗老化橡胶软套,夹紧件与金属芯杆连接;锚固件包括均为金属质的活动体和至少三个爪块,所有爪块包围活动体及金属芯杆间隔均匀地分布。本发明具有克服连接件反复冻涨导致外叶混凝土遭到损害、提高连接件耐久性能的优点;通过增大连接件与保温层的接触面积,避免了较重的保温层被连接件压坏,间接提高了保温效果,达到节能减排的目的,间接保护了环境资源,达到绿色环保的效果。
