本发明涉及一种雨水回收再利用的绿色节能建筑，包括建筑体和女儿墙，楼顶的顶面上设有集水箱，集水箱的上表面开有若干漏水孔，集水箱的上表面铺设有土质层、过滤层，土质层上种植有绿植，女儿墙的内侧壁预埋有固定螺杆，固定螺杆垂直于女儿墙设置，固定螺杆上穿设有固定型钢，固定型钢竖向设置且贴合于女儿墙的内侧壁，相邻两个固定型钢互相贴合，固定型钢背离其所在女儿墙的侧面贴合有支撑座位，支撑座包括平行于固定型钢的纵板和固定连接于纵板的横板，固定螺杆穿过纵板并螺纹连接有压紧螺帽，集水箱的底部连通有送水管，送水管上连接有球阀。本发明具有在保证绿色环保效果的同时，隔离建筑体顶面与雨水的接触，延长建筑体寿命的优点。
