Novel unit truss type concrete frame structure formwork supporting system and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a novel unit truss type concrete frame structure formwork supporting system and a construction method thereof. The structure system comprises a beam bottom supporting part (2)and a floor supporting part (1); the floor supporting part (1) is formed through pin jointing of spliced truss beams used as main ridges and rectangular steel pipes used as secondary ridges; accordingto the truss beams, modularly-designed unit truss pieces (4) are connected in a hinged manner through connecting pins comprising male and female connectors (7) to form the main ridges of a floor formwork support; the beam bottom supporting part (2) is arranged along the beams and is formed through splicing of unit truss pieces (3); and the beam bottom supporting part (2) is connected and fixed through oppositely-pulled rods (5) and inclined supporting rods (6). The supporting system is easy to operate, assembling and greening of project construction are improved, the construction speed is increased, meanwhile, most construction space at the lower part of a cast-in-place floor is saved, simultaneous construction by various work types is facilitated, and the total construction time of the project can be further shortened.
