The invention relates to a safety protection device for a reserved hole. The safety protection device comprises a support structure for clamping the hole and a protection structure located below the support structure, wherein the protection structure is connected with the support structure through a first steel lock chain and a second steel lock chain, the support structure comprises two or more steel support tubes distributed in parallel, steel tube slots which are shorter than the steel support tubes are formed in the steel support tubes in the length direction, two bolt and handle structural members which move in the length direction of the slots are mounted in the steel support tubes and are arranged oppositely, and the two bolt and handle structural members move towards two ends of the steel support tubes to clamp a concrete slab outside the hole. The safety protection device for the reserved hole has the advantages of being simple to manufacture, low in cost, safe, reliable, energy-saving, environmentally friendly and capable of being recycled.
