The invention provides an underground storey-adding construction device and method for a steel structure building. The construction device comprises a supporting device and an adding connection device, wherein the supporting device comprises a plurality of supporting seats and a plurality of supporting upright posts, and the supporting upright posts are hydraulic telescopic devices; and the addingconnection device comprises a first sleeve connection piece and a second sleeve connection piece. By adopting the construction device and the construction method, under the condition that the original steel structure building is neither dismantled nor horizontally moved, the utilization rate of a house and land can be increased by increasing the building area of the steel structure building downwards at the original plane position, the problem of urban space congestion can be solved, the construction period can be effectively shortened, and the construction difficulty can be reduced.
本发明提供了一种钢结构建筑地下增层施工装置及其施工方法,其中施工装置包括支撑装置和增接装置,支撑装置包括多个支撑座和多个支撑立柱,支撑立柱为液压伸缩装置;增接装置包括第一套接件和第二套接件。采用该施工装置及方法能够在不拆除原钢结构建筑物,也不水平移动原钢结构建筑物的情况下,做到在原平面位置向下增加其建筑面积来增加房屋及土地的利用率,以改善城市的空间拥挤问题,能够有效缩短施工工期,降低施工难度。
