The invention discloses a damping window frame with a self-cleaning function. The damping window frame with the self-cleaning function comprises a window frame, wherein a pulley cavity is arranged inthe window frame; a light transmission cavity is arranged on the right side of the pulley cavity; a bevel gear cavity is arranged on the rear side of the light transmission cavity; a communication cavity is arranged between the bevel gear cavity and the light transmission cavity in a communicating mode; a bottom wall cavity is arranged on the bottom wall of the light transmission cavity; a liftingcavity is arranged on the right side of the bottom wall cavity; a sliding cavity is arranged between the lifting cavity and the light transmission cavity in a communicating mode; and a transmission motor drives a transmission shaft to rotate so as to drive a rotating pipe to rotate, and then a sliding block and a cleaning block are driven to slide up and down so as to clean a window. After the window is closed, the damping window frame can automatically clean the outer side of glass, and thus the phenomenon that the outer side of glass of a resident in a high-rise is difficult to clean is solved.
