The invention discloses a wood-plastic frame. The wood-plastic frame is provided with a frame body. The frame body is composed of an upper frame and a lower frame. A clamping hook A is arranged on oneside of the upper end of the upper frame. A sealing groove A is formed in the other side of the upper end of the upper frame. Y-shaped clamping feet are arranged on the two sides of the lower end ofthe upper frame correspondingly. Clamping grooves matched with the Y-shaped clamping feet of the upper frame are formed in the upper end of the lower frame. Extended sides are arranged on the two sides of the bottom side of the lower frame correspondingly. A clamping hook B is arranged on the extended side on one side. An arc side warping up is arranged at the front end of the extended side on theother side. A sealing groove B is formed in the arc side. The wood-plastic frame provided by the invention is firm in structure, good in airtightness, convenient to mount and quite good in economic and popularization value.
