The invention relates to the technical field of civil engineering, in particular to a pile-soil contact surface shearing mechanical property testing device which comprises a top plate, a supporting disc and a chassis. A membrane box is embedded between the supporting disc and the chassis, and the membrane box comprises a rubber membrane cylinder, a bottom supporting plate and a cover plate. The bottom supporting plate is coaxially embedded in the middle of the bottom plate and arranged at the lower end of the rubber film cylinder, and the cover plate is used for sealing an upper end opening ofthe rubber film cylinder. A vertical loading device is arranged in the middle of the top plate and is used for applying vertical pressure to the pile. A set of tightening belts are evenly distributedon the periphery of the rubber film cylinder, and each tightening belt is in an arc shape and tangent to the outer circle of the rubber film cylinder. Different experimental comparisons can be achieved, by controlling the displacement stroke of each telescopic rod, when the strokes of the telescopic rods are the same, the same horizontal pressure is correspondingly applied to the pile in all directions, and when the strokes are different, different states of different side pressures are achieved, and the device is flexible, changeable and suitable for different experimental requirements.
