The invention discloses an electric power intelligent lock device based on ESAM encryption authentication. The device comprises a core unit, a driving unit, a power supply unit, a monitoring unit anda controlled lock. The core unit comprises a main control module, an ESAM module and a communication module. The main control module receives a signal sent by the monitoring unit and controls the driving unit to execute a control action, the communication module transmits and receives data of external equipment in a wireless communication mode, and the ESAM module is used for encrypting and decrypting the received external data. The power supply unit is used for supplying power to each unit; the monitoring unit is used for monitoring the state of the controlled lock device; the driving unit isused for driving the controlled lock to realize opening and closing of the lock device. According to the device, transmission data is encrypted through the ESAM unit, so that the security problem ofoperation data is solved, and the operation safety of a product is improved; and meanwhile, state monitoring is realized by utilizing wired and wireless communication functions of the communication module, so that the application scene of the product is expanded.
