The invention discloses a planting irrigation and temperature control system. The system comprises a concaved slot, wherein a thermal insulation layer is arranged on the inner wall of the concaved slot; a partition plate is further arranged in the concaved slot, and a water passage is formed between the partition plate and the bottom wall of the concaved slot; and a soil gravel layer used for planting crops is laid on the partition plate. According to the system, through the concaved slot and the partition plate and by forming the water passage between the partition plate and the bottom wall of the concaved slot, when irrigation is not needed, the water passage under the partition plate provides air required for growth of crop roots; when irrigation is needed, a water source is conveyed into the water passage, and water can permeate upwards for irrigation; when soil temperature needs to be regulated, heated water can be conveyed into the water passage through a pipeline, water heat isutilized to increase the temperature of the partition plate and soil, and the water flows out through the water passage after water temperature is lowered without an effect; and when rainwater is available, the rainwater can flow through the soil and into the water passage from the partition plate and flow out through the water passage to prevent waterlogging.
