The lime slaking process comprises the following steps: S1, selecting lime blocks, and washing the surfaces of the lime blocks through a high-pressure water gun to remove dust and impurities adhered to the surfaces of the lime blocks; S2, breakingthe lime blocks cleaned in the step S1, and then crushing the broken small lime blocks into lime powder; S3, feeding the lime powder treated in the step S2 into a container, spraying the lime powderwith clear water, stirring the lime powder with a stirrer for 100 circles clockwise, and then stirring the lime powder with the stirrer for 100 circles anticlockwise to generate calcium hydroxide; andS4, crushing the calcium hydroxide obtained in the step S3, and sequentially feeding the crushed calcium hydroxide into a crusher and a grinder to obtain calcium hydroxide powder.
