The invention relates to the field of comprehensive utilization of industrial solid wastes, in particular to a wood-like structure material prepared from serpentine tailings and a preparation method of the wood-like structure material. The wood-like structure material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of serpentine tailings, 20-30 parts of PVC, 5-8 partsof an auxiliary agent and 7-12 parts of a modifier. According to the wood-like structure material, serpentine tailings are adopted as a raw material, so resource utilization of solid waste is achieved, and site resources occupied by landfill are reduced; the wood-like structure material has the advantages of water resistance, corrosion resistance, insect attack resistance, fire resistance, heat preservation and low expansion coefficient. According to the wood-like structure material, through optimization of the raw materials, the preparation method is simple, and compared with other types of structural materials, manpower and material resources are greatly saved, and production cost is reduced.
本发明涉及工业固体废弃物综合利用领域,尤其涉及一种利用蛇纹石尾矿制备的仿木结构材料及其制备方法。本发明所述的仿木结构材料由包括如下重量份的原料制成:蛇纹石尾矿50~60份、PVC 20~30份、助剂5~8份、改性剂7~12份;所述的仿木结构材料,采用蛇纹石尾矿为原料,实现了固体废弃物的资源化利用,减少了因填埋占用的场地资源;所述的仿木结构材料具有防水、防腐、防虫害、防火、保温、低膨胀系数的优点。本发明所述的仿木结构材料经过原料的优化,使得其制备方法简单,同其他类型的结构材料相比,大大节省了人力物力,降低了生产成本。
