Preparation method of silicon-based ceramic core slurry for investment casting photocuring
The invention relates to the field of precision casting, in particular to a preparation method of a silicon-based ceramic core slurry for investment casting photocuring. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) taking micron-scale and nano-scale mixed silicon-based ceramic powder, a monomer, a cross-linking agent, a dispersing agent, a photoinitiator, a light absorber and a mineralizing agent; (2) mixing the silicon-based ceramic powder with themineralizing agent, and carrying out ball milling treatment on an obtainedmixture; (3) sieving the ball-milled mixture, and drying toobtain a dried and uniformly mixed powder; (4) mixing thephotoinitiator, the light absorber and thedispersing agent in the prepared monomer to form a mixture product; (5) mixing the mixture product obtained in the step (4) with the mixed powder obtained in the step (3); stirring into a viscous mixture by utilizing a stirrer at different powers, gradually adjusting the rotating speed of the stirrerin the stirring process until the silicon-based ceramic core slurry for photocuring is obtained. The silicon-based ceramic core slurry for photocuring with the high solid phase content of more than 55vol% and the slurry viscosity of less than 5.5 Pa.s is prepared.
本发明涉及精密铸造领域,具体为一种熔模铸造光固化用硅基陶瓷型芯浆料配制方法。(1)取微米级和纳米级混合的硅基陶瓷粉末、单体、交联剂、分散剂、光引发剂、光吸收剂及矿化剂;(2)将硅基陶瓷粉末和矿化剂混合,将混合物进行球磨处理;(3)将球磨后的混合物过筛后,干燥处理,得到干燥后混合均匀的混合粉末;(4)将光引发剂、光吸收剂和分散剂置于配制好的单体中混合,形成混合物;(5)将步骤(4)混合的混合物与步骤(3)的混合粉末进行混合,利用不同功率的搅拌机进行搅拌为粘稠状混合物,搅拌过程中逐渐调整搅拌机转速直至获得光固化用硅基陶瓷型芯浆料,配制出>55vol%高固相含量且浆料黏度<5.5Pa·s的光固化用硅基陶瓷型芯浆料。
