The invention provides an overhauling vehicle for repairing a concrete guardrail of a viaduct. Rectangular frame, a plurality of supporting rods are arranged at the lower part of the rectangular frame; a pedal is erected on the supporting rod; at least four vertical rods and annular ribs horizontally arranged outside the vertical rods in a surrounding mode are arranged on the side portion of the rectangular frame. At least two U-shaped hanging rods arranged in parallel are arranged on the side face of one side of the rectangular frame. An opening of the U-shaped hanging rod is arranged downwards; the device is used for being hung on the outer side of a concrete guardrail. A balance weight is arranged at one end, far away from the rectangular frame, of the U-shaped hanging rod; the top of the U-shaped hanging rod is sleeved with an upper idler wheel used for being matched with the top of the concrete guardrail in a rolling and supporting mode. The ends, close to the balance weights, ofthe U-shaped hanging rods are sleeved with inner side rolling wheels used for being in rolling fit with the inner side face of the concrete guardrail, and the vertical rods, on the side faces of the sides provided with the U-shaped hanging rods, of the rectangular frame are sleeved with outer side rolling wheels used for being in rolling fit with the outer side face of the concrete guardrail. Thedevice has the advantages of safety, reliability, convenience in repair construction and convenience in movement.
