The invention relates to an automatic balance type liftable trestle based on negative feedback. The liftable trestle comprises a trestle body (1), a plurality of lifting portal sets (2) arranged in the length direction of the trestle body (1), a plurality of trestle lifting systems (3) arranged at the tops of the lifting portal sets (2), a plurality of monitoring assemblies and a central processing unit (6). The trestle lifting system (3) is in transmission connection with the trestle body (1), and the central processing unit (6) is electrically connected with the monitoring assembly and the trestle lifting system (3). Compared with the prior art, a plurality of winches can be jointly controlled to cooperatively work through a negative feedback algorithm arranged in the central processingunit, and self-balance and automation of trestle lifting operation are achieved.
