The method comprises the following steps that prefabricated slabs of concrete structures are prefabricated; the two sides of each prefabricated slab in the thickness direction are covered with waterproof plates, and three waterproof strips extending in the length direction of each prefabricatedslab are arranged on the side, provided with a connecting chuck, of each prefabricated slab; a diaphragm wall mounting groove is manufactured, and cement paste is injected into the diaphragm wall mounting groove; and the prefabricated slabs are hoisted into the diaphragm wall mounting groove to be assembled into an inner core. According to the waterproof construction method for the trench cuttingassembled diaphragm wall, the waterproof effect is good, the construction period can be shortened, and the problem that an existing trench cutting cement soil diaphragm wall capable of shortening theconstruction period is poor in waterproof effect is solved.
