The invention discloses a construction method of an underground continuous wall body. The construction method of the underground continuous wall body comprises the following steps that a steel box body is used for driving and excavating a groove in a soil body, and the steel box body comprises a front box chamber and a rear box chamber connected with each other; the steel box body stops driving after driving a preset stroke every time, and a prefabricated wall body is hoisted into a rear box chamber by using a hoisting mechanism on the ground and connected with an installed wall body in the groove; a set of jack propulsion mechanisms are fixedly arranged on the inner wall surface of the front end of the rear box chamber, the jack propulsion mechanisms push the steel box body to drive forward with the installed wall body as a reaction force foundation, and after the driving length reaches the preset stroke, installation between the next prefabricated wall body and the installed wall iscontinued; and the steps are repeated until construction of the whole underground continuous wall body is completed. The construction method of the underground continuous wall body has the advantagesthat construction can be carried out in close proximity to surrounding buildings, and even under a narrow channel with the width of 2-3 m, and settlement of surrounding soil bodies or deformation of surrounding structures do not be affected.
本发明公开了一种地下连续墙体的施工方法,包括以下步骤:利用一钢制箱体在土体中掘进开挖槽沟,钢制箱体包括相互连接的前箱室和后箱室;钢制箱体每掘进一个预设行程后停止掘进,利用在地面上的吊装机构将预制墙体吊装入后箱室中同所述槽沟中已安装墙体进行连接;在后箱室的前端内壁面上固定设置有一组千斤顶推进机构,千斤顶推进机构以已安装墙体为反力基础推进钢制箱体向前掘进,待掘进长度达到预设行程后,继续下一个预制墙体同已安装墙体之间的安装;如此往复,直至完成整个地下连续墙体的施工。本发明的优点是:可在贴近周围建筑的情况下,甚至在宽度为2~3m的狭窄通道下进行施工,且不会影响周边土体发生沉降或周边构筑物发生变形。
